The fully automatic welding mesh machine is mainly used for welding construction mesh, guardrails, chicken and bird cages, railway tunnels, football fields, highways, bridges, residential community fences, as well as shelves and storage cages.

Machine Features:
1. Advanced computer and "Welding Expert" program
Using an advanced microcomputer precision adjustment mode, various parameters during the welding process can be set individually. Multiple discharges during welding can be selected, controlling the welding through single/multiple pulses or gradual discharge forms to reduce the impact of excessive welding current on the weld points, minimizing sparks and splatter.

2. Digital display and memory
Welding parameters are adjusted and displayed via LED indicators and status, and stored digitally in EPROM memory. The data will not deviate and is permanently preserved.

3. Two-stage pneumatic operation system
Welding is performed by applying low and high pressure separately. This prevents the welding head from suddenly dropping and damaging the workpiece. Then, higher pressure is applied for welding. This device allows the welding head to operate under low pressure, descend at higher speed to improve efficiency, and minimize impact on the workpiece.

4. Automatic compensation for power and frequency fluctuations
The built-in microcomputer monitors power supply and frequency changes. If voltage fluctuations occur, the supply is unstable, or the frequency deviates, automatic compensation adjustments are made.
